The compilation consists of 14 songs selected from the CD version, which has been on sale since its release in March 2023, plus 6 new songs, for a total of 20 songs. Specializing in original songs from the golden age of city pop from the mid-70s to the 80s. In addition to the most standard songs, the album also includes a well-balanced collection of songs that have been reevaluated by DJs and popular overseas songs.

The two discs are divided into two parts: the "Urban Side," which is mainly up-tempo music, and the "Ocean Side," which is mainly mellow numbers, allowing the user to select one disc for different moods and situations.
