Good buy flawed
As other people have stated the cut-out for the USB -C charging plug is too small and thus you have to sand down the plastic to get it to fit in. Once you've done that this grip is fantastic and comfortable for people with large hands or long fingers. This is better than the jetech grip I bought off amazon-US by far.
However, I must also note that I'm finding the R2 button (zl? I guess on switch) is 'mushy'. Since this grip covers the shoulder buttons with 'new' buttons you've pushing a piece of plastic to hit the switch button underneath. All of them feel and work great except my ZL button. What I did was put some electrical tape over the plastic piece that touches the ZL button inside the grip, with this setup the button definitely works.. but the feedback you get from the button is still a little mushy and not a 'pop' feeling like it should be.

Fantastic grip with one huge flaw...
Let me start off by saying this grip is fantastic I love the way it cradles in my hands and the feel of the triggers.
Now come the flaws it is a pain to get this off so if you play with your switch in handheld mode a lot then this isn't really that much of a problem.
Now for the huge flaw that will discourage many they obviously didn't do much research developing this or they would have realized that the USB cable cannot be plugged in while in this grip I tried the official ac adapter and third party cables none would fit I had to sand down the sides where the port is until I could fit the cable into it so it could charge while in the grip.
I know this will turn off many from this product but for me it was worth the extra effort I had to put in because this grip is the best of its kind currently on the market.
Some may want to wait for a revision because it's going to clearly need one to be a better product.
