Item Description

In this town, strange incidents never cease.
The cause? Beings born from the darkness of the human heart: Demon Spirits.

Join Satoree Mizuki, a girl who can read others’ minds, and uncover the truth behind these supernatural cases.

Story

...I can’t remember anything.

Through the haze of my fading consciousness, a girl’s voice faintly echoes in my ears.
When I open my eyes, I find her staring at me, her face filled with uncertainty.

According to her, this town is plagued by Demon Spirits, creatures that lurk in the shadows, bringing disaster to those who cross their path.
And one of them... stole my memories.

With the guidance of this girl, I step into a world of exorcism and supernatural battles without a single clue about my identity.

Dear Mirror Flower
This short VN, it took me about twelve or thirteen hours to complete, is decent. Sadly there's nothing special here. You progress through the story making choices but I'm pretty sure the choices don't matter since, as far as I can tell, there's only one ending. You do have to investigate, sort of, and pick the correct option when prompted but it's pretty basic and it's not difficult to figure out which is the proper choice.
The character designs are quite nice and the females look attractive though there's nothing resembling fan service here.
The music does its job. There aren't many tracks and they aren't memorable but they are pleasant enough to listen to and never detract from a scene.
The translation needed another look-over. Again it's decent but some sentences contain glaring errors and there are a few which were completely incomprehensible to me but that didn't prevent me from understanding the overall story.
My main problem is the pacing. It's not until the very end of the third chapter before the idea of a main villain is introduced at which point the story does pick up but the first three chapters had me wondering what the point of this VN was.
As I said at the beginning, this is a decent VN. If you've read several VNs and are looking for a new one to check out then you may want to read this one. If you're new to the genre you should read the better known ones for now.
