Definitely a must have for shmup junkies as myself, outstanding music and parallax scrolling effect, and comes with a second game on cart that the Limited Run version doesn't have which is 1993 Shenandoah that has 4 player couch coop. Both are complete on cart! so no patches/updates required which makes this copy the best for physical collectors ,all on cart i love that. Everything ok with playasia, me living on the other side of the world

The game has beautiful backgrounds and an excellent soundtrack. It can be challenging, but it gets to where you understand how to maneuver or push away bullet clusters. It has a card inside the game where you can download the game OST . I highly recommend this game as a top tier shmup for your collection.

Devil Engine is an enjoyable old-school side-scrolling shoot ‘em up experience. The game has the core features that make SHMUPS so much fun, but it also ads its own twist with the Burst function. It rewards you for carefully picking when you shoot, dodge or Burst your way through and really makes for an thrilling time! Plus you get a bonus game: Shenandoah 1993 along with a download code for the soundtrack. You need to scan the QR code to get, so that may be a bother for some but not all. Way worth the price and a great addition t your collection! And yes, the game is in English.

I bought this and the LRG version this was the better purchase of the two because it included Shenandoah 1993 also. The LRG version does not include the extra game and costs more overall.
