All Fans of Double Dragon can find a lot in this collection to enjoy, the first Double Dragon remains hilarious because it’s a single-player game and features no co-op.
I was able to play Super Double Dragon & Double Dragon Advance that I haven't play before on the original release.
This collection has the main line releases. While there is no arcade version of the first Double Dragon nor the OG game boy versions, it is not a deal breaker for what you get here! If you grew up with Double Dragon on home consoles, you can't go wrong with the Double Dragon Collection. It even has the recent Double Dragon 4.
Man these games were so good back in the day I'd play them all the time and with this collection I still can lol great games to play with a friend or solo I highly recommend this collection.
This is a great collection for anyone that is a fan of this series, or genre in general. It has all six games on it no download required. All games play flawlessly no slow down or crashes. It is also the cheapest option for getting Double Dragon 4. And if you had Double Dragon 4 digitally it will use your save file, so no starting over. Higley recommend.
A solid collection of games with absolutely everything on the cartridge (no software updates as of January 2024). I'm knocking off a star as they didn't include the *arcade* versions of the original Double Dragon trilogy, and instead included the NES trilogy *yet again*, which is already available physically via the Kunio-kun: The World Collection (released internationally as Double Dragon & Kunio-kun: Retro Brawler Bundle).
They have also included local couch multiplayer support for Double Dragon Advance, which is a surprising and very welcome touch. Highly recommended.
