Double Dragon Collection (Multi-Language)

There is nothing much I can add that was not said by the in-depth review already posted. But Double Dragon has been, with a couple of exceptions, a very solid beat-em-up series. Honestly, it is worth it for Double Dragon Advance. It is arguably the best elements from the Double Dragon games up till the time that game xane out around 2002. It plays great. I have no complaints. I believe it is worth every penny.

These days I am so impressed of the Asian edition games, this double dragon collection the box is completely on English and it has a reversible cover, the inside is the same as the Japanese version cover, also came included an extra paper cover for the box, one with the double dragon advance cover and the other with the super double dragon cover, all four cover has the same picture at the back, a quick description of the 6 games included.
At the moment you pop in the game, the 6 games appears as six icons on the main menu, all the games are on the cartridge so no download needed. This games are already available at the American eshop, but I have a feeling a cartridge version will be distributed by limited run, I think there is a high probability, because also they distributed the double dragon neon, so this means you have to wait like 1 year to be able to get this, but the Asian version is already available and with an extra 2 covers!! I don’t know if they will give this always or if it was a preorder bonus.
For the games they run the same as the originals, you can configure the buttons freely, there are some screen size options, and there is an option of scanlines.
The 3 nes games has and updated version with no flickering and no slow down, this is so nice, but also you can play the original as it was on the nes.
The double dragon 4 is exactly the same version that was available like 6 years ago.
The snes version, has the same options, but there is a speed up option, su you can make it as fast as you want, so it is not as slow as on the snes.
And the double dragon advance can be the payed locally.
I forgot to mention only the 3 nes games has online play, but I tried to play, but nobody is playing this, so at least you can play local.
I am so happy with this collection, works fine, and has enough options. But there is no other extra like a picture gallery or ost player. But also the price is very cheap, so I recomend a lot this collection for any fan.
