World Travelling Keychain

This keychain travelled from Playasia to my city and back and then back again to reach me due to Canada's Post Strike causing major issues and PlayAsia spent a lot of time communicating with me to track it down. My only issue had to do with the warehousing staff marking the product as "wasn't in perfect condition" causing some confusion as to the actual state of the product. I work in a warehouse myself so I'm aware that sometimes things get marked as such when they're unable to determine the state of the item. That claim could have potentially resulted in my Keychain not being sent back however playasia staff did help me with getting ahold of the warehouse staff and helping me assess the state of the item by obtaining photos of it's state. I still choose to give them a 5star because of the great people I spoke to over phone and email. their sympathy and willingness to help me get my keychain home. There's a lot of people involved when it comes time to shipping and the people involved in helping me out were stellar and they deserve the 5star and praise.
