This is more of a guidebook than an art book, so I'm only giving it 4 stars here. Very nicely laid out, however, and they've made excellent use of the promotion in-game shots, and I'm sure most of them are new ones taken specially for the book. A very pretty strategy guide

Definitly for fans of the game. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is because it is in japanese and I understand none of it. The book itself is magnificent to look at and regardless of lack of art work compared to others, this book still stands on its own. It has very nice diagrams about the different Colossie and there weaknesses and in the very end of the book has a nice section devoted to concept art.

Fantastic Collector's Item

It may be a player's guide, but the art is gorgeous. And worth the purchase to see the sketches of colossi that didn't make it into the game.

You can c some monsters that not in the game ... cool only for the new pics, other more like a guide book.

Guide more than Art

This is mainly a guide book.

However, there is a section at the back that has some of the concept art and each new section has a good picture of the colossus it features.

If you're a fan of this game, then you'll adore this.
