This is the second volume (8 volumes in total) of the Otomo Complete Works Edition "AKIRA" that includes episodes 15-28 (from p280 of Vol. 1 to p200 of Vol. 2 of the Young Magazine KC edition) of "AKIRA", which was created by Otomo Katsuhiro when he was 29 years old in 1983-1984 and serialized in Young Magazine when it was published twice a month, in the form they were originally published.
This volume also follows the format of the previous volume and is published in the "serialized version" that has been restored as much as possible to the state of the serialized version, including the frontispiece.
