Item Description

Alice by Wink Music Service (Vinyl) is a charming 7-inch analog single from Wink Music Service, the project created by Sally Kubota and K-taro Takanami. For this release, the duo welcomes 16-year-old vocalist Rosette Hinano, whose youthful voice brings warmth, innocence, and emotional depth to two beautifully crafted pop songs inspired by themes of adolescence and imagination. [

The title track,"Alice," draws inspiration from Alice in Wonderland, exploring the emotional conflicts and uncertainty of youth through a modern lens. On the B-side,"Don't Bother the Girls" (女の子にかまわないで) channels the spirit of 1960s yé-yé pop, pairing catchy melodies with stylish retro arrangements. Together, both tracks highlight the signature blend of classic European pop influences and modern Japanese indie pop craftsmanship that has made Wink Music Service a favorite among collectors and enthusiasts of sophisticated pop music.
