In the midst of it all, she receives a fight invitation from Kanji Meguro, president of the national card shop chain “Berserk”...

The protagonist is the game-original character Yuki Ichidoji! A brand-new original story unfolds where you cardfight your way to improve while assembling the strongest team of allies!

Additionally, your favorite overDress characters, including Yu-yu Kondo, Danji Momoyama, and Tohya Ebata, also make a return with brand-new character art!

One of a kind
I've been waiting for a Vanguard title to support English since debut. Original promo cards were included in the box.

Oh boy!
I was so excited to get my hands in this title, I’m a little biased against card game video games but the art on this title drew me in. Dear days is a masterpiece of digital card games.

A wonderful game in a mediocre package.
I'm a new-ish Vanguard player. I watched the first anime when the dub came out & played less than a couple hours worth of games with starter decks. The way this game is engineered is impressive—despite the randomness of triggers, Vanguard is wound tight around a baseline expectation of how much you'll accomplish each turn, how much damage you'll take, and finding ways to eek out advantage from there. You can bluff, gamble against the odds, or bait your opponent into misplays. I haven't had this much fun with a card game in a while.

But the software part? The controls, the menus, the experience making decks, the story... It's all mediocre. Nothing about the story teaches you the mechanics beyond what a foldout manual could. If you compare this to a game like Shadowverse: Champion's Battle, this game is a joke. If you compare it to the old Yu-Gi-Oh GBA games, or even the Pokemon Trading Card Game video games on Game Boy, its campaign is as basic as basic can get. And no extra features like lethal puzzles or special rules for particular battles. It's just play against CPUs, get points, open cards, and maybe play online. The community is tiny, but it's easy enough to find games, even at weird times.

If something in you is burning to play this game, you should get it, but keep in mind it's a humble sort of game.

Best Vanguard game.
I don't have words to describe how much I'm enjoying this game. If I could give it 5.5 stars I would.
