Good for what it is
Not going to lie, the cpu cheats lol
It's a decent enough Racing game that I bought to play with my kids (3 & 5 yes old)
Plenty of unlockable cars, pretty much most of the staple characters from the movies.
Decent track designs, challenges to complete while racing and plenty of alternate paths on each course.
It does get tedious to play more than a few races in a row, but fun enough in small sessions

Neither good nor bad
This game is just a so-so one. It has many fan-loving characters and the driving mechanic itself is not bad. But there is no significant thing to talk about except good to play for a while. Please just don't compare it to Mario Kart or you will get disappointed.
