Celebrating the 50th anniversary of his solo debut, this album features a remaster of popular Kitty Years albums by Japan's leading guitarist, Masayoshi Takanaka. Takanaka Masayoshi is a driving force behind the recent global Japanese fusion boom, enjoying a surge in popularity not only in Japan but also in the West.
BACCO, Takanaka's super session unit, features a lineup of tight, groovy West Coast rock tunes. The album boasts high-level performances that could be described as funky fusion, and Jim Diamond's emotive vocals.
