Chou-Seki is the long-awaited original album from acclaimed Japanese singer-songwriter Kazumi Nikaido, arriving as a special vinyl release after first appearing on CD in 2026. Marking her first original studio album in approximately fourteen years since the celebrated Nijimi, this deeply personal work reflects the experiences, growth, and artistic evolution that have shaped her life over the past decade.

Created with co-producer Ikuko Harada of Clammbon, the album also features contributions from notable Japanese creators including Takefumi Tsujimura of Kicell, Shohei Takagi of cero, and renowned designer Akira Minagawa. Together they help craft a collection of songs filled with warmth, reflection, and compassion, highlighting Kazumi Nikaido's expressive vocals and unique songwriting voice.
