1. Be sure to wash it before use after purchase.
2. You can use dishwashing detergent, but please refrain from using detergents containing abrasives or cleaning with hard scrubbing brushes.
3. Do not soak, boil, or disinfect with oxygen-based chlorine-based chemicals.
4. Do not use in microwave ovens, dishwashers or dryers.
5. Handles come off easily, so do not use excessive force.
6. The cups can withstand temperatures between 0 and 100 degrees.
7. Avoid alcoholic beverages with high temperatures (over 40 degrees).
8. Because this product is handmade using natural materials, there may be some variation in size and weight depending on the position of the wood. Please note that the dimensions are only average values.
9. When you first start using this product, it may have a smell of lacquer or wood. This will disappear after a few days, but the quickest way to get rid of this smell is to pour rice-washing water into the product and leave it for about an hour. Mix a few drops of vinegar or baking soda in lukewarm water, soak a cloth in the solution, and wipe the product.
