Great!
Had played the game in an arcade in Tokyo, so decided to get it. It's way hard than the other japanese railsim games that I have tried, specially with the dedicated arcade style controller. Really enjoyed the game, only miss the station music.

Shipping process was not fun..
Paid 40 dollars to not have tracking. I missed the first attempt at them trying to deliver it ON MY DAY OFF!! I missed because it because there was no tracking or updates so I didn't think I was getting it. Took me an extra 2 days to receive after that. Also took 32 days in total to get it (9 days just to ship it out). Altogether not appealing and will probably just buy from ebay from now on.. ayleast the package arrived safely, that's the only good thing I have to say.

Story time
I live in USA and there is a Barcade by where I live called Akihabara. This barcade has many Japanese arcade cabinets with one of the cabinets being the 2017 version of Densha De Go, I have grown quite fond of this game and dumped a disgusting amount of quarters into this machine. It was just a fun game and I looked forward to playing it again when i visited Akihabara again. However a few weeks later the arcade has removed my beloved Densha De Go to make way for Daytona USA. This made me really sad and that was the main reason I visited was to get more people to their destination with a beer in my hand. Later on I started doing research and learned Densha De Go has home console versions that are exclusive to Japan and that they made fancy controllers for it as well, without any hesitation i ordered a copy for the switch along with a Zuiki Mascon and i also got express shipping to shave a couple days off the shipping time, I was so excited to be able to play Densha De Go at home! 2 days after ordering I was shocked to find my playasia package already on my porch! When I did express shipping i was expecting to again shave maybe a couple days off shipping time but it was at my doorstep literally 2 days after ordering. The gameplay is just like the arcade version and the Zuiki Mascon is an amazing contoller that mimics the arcade controls almost exact. If I could rate the overall experience with this order from playasia it was absolutely incredible. Absurdly fast shipping and my package was packed with great care. I really hope someone working for playasia reads this review because I am incredibly happy with my purchase! Thank you playasia!

Hoping for more
I am happy that this series is revived and do not regret the purchase. The actual driving and goal-setting is good. However, in terms of atmosphere, it does not reach the heights of former entries. You mostly drive counterclockwise Yamanote, with not much variation. The environment disappoints, station decorations (commuters, billboards) are bland, station melodies are missing. There is no option to drive during night. I hope for more and better games in the series.
