Item Description

Dot Hack, Bandai’s newest PlayStation 2 game, is one of the more highly anticipated titles for the system. While gameplay details are very sketchy at the moment the reason behind the hype stems from the fact that Yoshiyuki Sadamoto (Neo Genesis Evangelion), Ito Kazunori (Patlabor) and Koichi Mashita (Dirty Pair) will serve as artists, scriptwriters and animation directors on the upcoming series. Developed by Cyberconnect2, developers of Silent Bomber, Dot Hack is being put through the paces of a series, even though its not out, in that a television series is already in the works.

Dot Hack is set in a virtual world called “The World” and the game will be released in four chapters.
