Time has passed since the Central Ward–hosted Alternative Rap Battle, and peaceful days have returned even to the Eastern Capital, where various incidents once occurred.

Amid this, a certain rumor begins to spread across the internet, particularly among the youth. A mysterious charm said to bring “good things” to those who possess it—"Charm". Higher test scores, meeting one’s destined partner, becoming immensely wealthy… People seeking happiness begin to flock to the "Charm", gradually growing more extreme in their actions.

Meanwhile, following the Alternative Rap Battle -Revenge-, Doudantsutsuji Rokuro (DJ ROKURO) has vanished without a trace.

Upon learning that the rumored "Charm" may hold clues to the disappearance of their DJ mentor, Rokuro, the protagonist begins investigating the truth behind the "Charm" in order to find him.

With the cooperation of the 18 members who have returned to their respective divisions, the protagonist continues the search for their mentor… but a new threat begins to close in.
