Juliet Starling, the pop and cute high school zombie hunter, returns in Lollipop Chainsaw 2 Back2Back, an all-new entry in the Lollipop Chainsaw series. Juliet comes back in a brand-new outfit and with greater power, ready to take on another outbreak of undead enemies.

The story moves to a rebuilt San Romero, which has been transformed into Jaredwood, a sprawling metropolis centered around the film industry. When a mysterious director traps Juliet inside a twisted zombie movie, she must fight alongside her allies, investigate the conspiracy behind the chaos, and confront a new threat from the Corrupted Realm zombies.

The latest TGS 2026 presentation also revealed more than eight minutes of gameplay, providing an early look at Juliet's return and the action-focused zombie combat. The project also brings together members of the original game's creative team, including Masahiro Yuki and NekoshowguN, alongside Hajime Tabata.
