Nobutada Ito is responsible for the background and creature design and supervision of the horror adventure game series Silent Hill, and has a loyal fan base overseas for his sensual and dark style of work. Acid Buffer Zone is a story that Ito tells through illustrations and three-dimensional sculptures, set in a near-future Tokyo. This work has previously been sold as a booklet on the Modelkasten online store and at event venues, but will now be released as a book by Dainippon Kaiga.
