TX1000 - Older Model (Round Washer/Screw style)
The TX1000 is a good mat for the avid beginner, although not as nice as many other metal pads out there. I purchased mine in 2004 and it worked well up until recently (late 07). The Up and Right arrows no longer work, the LED\'s light up on the panel when other arrows are pressed, but the arrows themself dont work or register when used. Other than that the quality of the product is good, i only suffered one crack in a panel over the years. They claim the thing is fully metal which is untrue, the thing is 90% wood. and hard to dismantle to fix the problems i am having.
