A game that suffers because of its roots
Panzer Dragoon is a good game overall. However, it is far overshadowed by its successor in every respect except music.
Panzer Dragoon is a rail shooting game, where the player rider a panzered dragon and blasting through enemy forces. The Saturn version has the worst graphics (not saying much here) but the gameplay is superb and tight. The game isn't pricy and serves its purpose very well. It's not your worth, unless you're a collector, perfectionist and want to complete your Saturn collection or Panzer Dragoon series. The Sega AGES version is better.
Still, the game is worth picking up if you have the cash and you are willing to overlook its faults.
