Just a nice time waster.
Even the most serious gamer might like to relax once in a while, maybe a game of Solitaire, Sudoku, Bejeweled, etc.
Peggle does a good job of that. Although you have somewhat limited control of where your ball moves, you can enact careful planning and become immersed in watching your ball bounce around the pegs on screen.

Peggle DS is a low-end version of the PC title, but is a worthwhile port that does take advantage of the DS's hardware. Most of the music sounds good except for the title screen, and the graphics work pretty well. The gameplay itself seems to be intact which is great considering the reduced resolution.

This game is worth your money. It's worth mentioning you won't find this game in Europe or Japan either, if you live outside the Americas this is worth importing.

Fun, casual games
I bought this for my son (who's 18). Not my sort of game but he's enjoying it. It's a collection of various puzzle type games which will keep you occupied for those short moments when you're at a lose end....and then find you can't put down. Addictive. Enjoy.
