Item Description

In P4AU, the characters from Persona 4 and Persona 3 once again find themselves teaming up to face off in the P-1 Climax, a series of battles which must be won before the world ends. The original cast of characters from Persona 3 and 4 are back to discover the mastermind behind the whole tournament, while a few new faces join the fight, including Junpei Iori, Yukari Takeba, Rise Kujikawa, and more. But standing in their way is the dual katana-wielding Sho Minazuki, a huge threat to everyone involved in the P-1 Climax. Worse yet, there's a Sho lookalike who can wield a Persona...

The definitive experience
This game is a sequel, but you can also play the first story without buying the older game.
About playable characters, they FINALLY made Rise playable along with other new ones; they also made a Shadow version for a lot of characters: they say different things when played and they also have different animations before and after the fight.
You also have more choice while selecting the battle music and the stage and characters have been balanced more.

If you like fighting games, but more importantly, if you like Persona, you should definitely buy this one.

great addition to the fighting genre
if you've enjoyed the first one, then this is a must have. There are more character rosters, sadly some you will have to buy them from DLC. A lot of the content is locked behind DLC, luckily those DLC are not that important since they are just colors, navigator voice, accessories, and (this one would be important) DLC characters like Marie. The combat is fluent and its fun using chaining combos with regular moves and persona moves
