Your every move counts, the six axis motion sensing system and the three axis-electronic pass push portable gaming to a new dimension. Cameras are installed in the front and in the rear, they can take videos at 120fps at QVGA and 60 fps at VGA. The picture resolution can go up to 640 x 480. The console also connects gamers together in a new way, gamers can talk to others with the in-built microphone, and the Nair feature, that allows gamers to find out what game the stranger in the bus is playing and what is hot right now.

It's a Beautiful Blue
These reviews include all the different colors. The one I bought is the Sapphire Blue version. Love it. It's the same PS Vita I know, but a gorgeous blue. For $50 more than a retail one, it's a no-brainer for something unique and special.
The Vita itself is one of the best consoles on the market. Shame it doesn't have 'more' great games... Beyond, you know, muramasa, persona 4 golden, virtues last reward, gravity rush, and the list goes on.

PS Vita (Sapphire Blue)
I received my PS Vita Sapphire Blue system a few days ago and I have to say that the device looks absolutely amazing in person. The pictures here and even some unboxing videos online do not do the color justice. It looks like I got the last copy of this or one of the last, as it is currently sold out at the time of this review.
The firmware installed with it is 1.81 (most current is 2.02 as of this review).
Highly recommended gaming system. The look and feel is reminiscent of the PSP but much better. The PS Vita is worth every penny.

Much better looking blue than i thought it would be. It's metallic blue!! Ps vita is great system to own and i have two.
