This vinyl record is part of a collaboration between Cartridge 1987 and YouTuber Edward and his excellent "Retro Discovery" series. With over 200,000 subscribers, this YouTube channel aims to elevate everything surrounding retro gaming culture, using a style designed to evoke our nostalgia as gamers.
These albums compile all the theme songs from seasons 3 and 4 of Edward's YouTube channel. Each game featured in his videos inspired the remixes included on this Cartridge 1987 album.
The result is a true tribute to the original composers of these tracks, who brought these games to life with their talent for creating musical worlds.
