A variety of programs such as “Adventure”, a long-term fitness program that can be enjoyed while adventuring the fantasy world, “Mini-games” that can be started easily, and “Set menu” that allows you to play a set of fitness events continuously You can exercise in various styles. Way funnier (and harder ) than i thought it would be!
I initially bought this for my girls so they could do a little sport during the long Canadian winter, curiosity got the best of me and i tried it at the max difficulty ( i'm in a pretty good shape) GAWDS it was hard!
Not only it's pretty funny but the difficulty is really adjustable to any fitness level... also a very nice activity to do in gang.
Highly recommended.
