Can’t say enough good things
This made a great game even better. This one has a permanent home in my switch case. The replayability for this game is truly infinite. All of the Romance games are pretty good, but this one for me tops them all on switch. The new systems truly do add a lot. The turning point system is actually enjoyable and makes battles feel a little unpredictable. The gems are also a welcome addition. Anything that gives me more to manage is always appreciated, and you get that here. To top it all off, you get tons of scenarios.

Ultimate romance game
This edition and with all expansion packs this is the ultimate and best romance of the three kingdoms game. A must buy if you like this kind of games.

Romance of the Three Kingdoms 8 Remake: Destiny and Strategy Expansion Pack
If you're a fan of the series then you should check out this game. The added features add another layer of strategy without making the game more complicated. However the problem is that the original game is incredibly complicated for the uninitiated and this does nothing to alleviate that issue. As such while I highly recommend this expansion to fans of the series, I would warn any newcomer to avoid this for the time being and start with, if nothing else, the base game. The game is incredibly addictive but only for those who enjoy playing menu-based games.
