Build your own game and have a friend play it!!
It's just like RPG Maker 2003 (with Super Nintendo limits of course).

I enjoyed making the maps on this game with relative ease! I thought that with using the Super Nintendo controller, it would be a pain to make a game. It's actually really easy. The menus for creating your party and items weren't as friendly as I hoped they were going to be, but this is an early RPG Maker game, so no points off for that. Since this is a Super Nintendo cartridge, obviously you can't import an unlimited number of music, pictures, and backgrounds, but the selection you get is pretty well sized. My only complaint about this game is that there was no English text that you can input for names or scripts like many other Nintendo games that allow you to enter both Japanese and English text for names in other RPG games.

All in all, as far as a game designing game goes, it's pretty good and simple to use. I recommend being able to read Japanese or have a translations guide handy. Many times on Gamefaqs, there are translations guides for almost any game. I prefer the computer version [RPG Maker 2003] over any of the RPG Maker games, but this one is still good. I never figured out how many games you can make or save, but I imagine you can probably have 256 maps and 1 or 3 games like most SNES games having 3 save files.

Bottom line, I would really say only get this if you can read the game text and like RPG games that resemble Breath of Fire or Final Fantasy 2, 3, 4 SNES graphics.
