This game can get very difficult.
Permadeath exists if you don't successfully heal your teammates before their life is in danger.

With that said, despite feeling like a generic dungeon crawler at first, it does have high production values to the art.

I would only recommend this to hardcore JRPG fans though.

Interesting
It's good to see that games like this can still make the original first-person battle system entertaining. The game can easily show that it is a first project, but it still gets you excited. Its a game that will take some getting use to in the beginning, however once your in it be prepared to put in some work.

Interesting game mechanics...
...and awesome kick a** battle themes makes you want to do even challenging boss battles over and over again.

However the level design is absolutely horrible.
You wander in maze like corridors from corner to corner while doing quests which consist of running from one corner to another in maze like corridors.

The game gives the impression of being a demonstration instrument for an enjoyable battle system around everything else was created, so that the company can show what they are capable of.

Interesting.
Interesting use of gameplay design from the 90's on 1st person perspective. Incredible music as well.

Interesting game
Slightly difficult game which poses some challenge in the beginning but becomes somewhat of a "going through the motions" once you get the hang of it.

That said, the atmosphere of this game is really well done and the soundtrack is definitely a great part of this game. Since this is the first game produced by them, certain aspects are not as polished as one might be used to from other producers. However, this game is still a great effort and worth getting if you like stories that are somewhat more tragic than normal RPGs.
