Thought long and hard about this but yes! In my opinion this is the best in the shantae series toppling even the mighty pirates curse. The clincher for me was how well designed the overworld was with its interconnected routes and later ease of travel with the warp functions. It all came across as very well engineered. Let people bemoan how Shantae hasn't evolved or reduced the difficulty, this type of finely polished gem shows Wayforward at the peak of their craft and "reduced difficulty"?! I dont think ive died so often in any other Shantae's combined ^^; Top marks here.

Do not let the japanese title in the switch home menu distract you. The game supports 15 languages (subtitle). The game will very likely start with the language set up on your console. Characters in the intro do speak in english. The game can be updated (57,9 MB).

The game arrived well within the stated estimated time. It was well packaged. I opened the game to see if it plays checked a few things and I have not yet actually started the game. I do look forward to playing but Metroid Prime just dropped so it is on the back burner again along with the game in my switch. I must stay though the start up did look sharp.
