Item Description

Players return to the eerie town of Silent Hill in an new story with new characters. Players assume the role of James Sunderland, who receives a cryptic letter from his wife - who has been dead for three years -- beckoning him to meet her in Silent Hill, a place that holds great meaning for the couple. The mystery of the letter frightens and confuses James, compelling him to investigate the surreal horror and all-too-real danger that awaits him.

Set amongst the dense fog and haunting darkness of the eerie town, accompanied by dramatic music presented in Dolby Surround, Konami pushes the boundaries of the macabre survival/horror genre. With much better graphics and sound taking advantage of the new features and technological improvements of the next generation console platforms. There are many new enemies to face and weapons to wield.

Silent hill 2
This game would be the most greatest idea konami has ever had.When i first started playing the game it made me feel \"different\" then all the other survival horror games iv played.In the beginning you have to walk through the forest path because the main road to silent hill is cut off.when you are walking you can hear wierd crashing \"noises\",footsteps ect.And james can run or walk the path.I walked the whole way, the scenery and the noises made me want to make the game as long as possible for me.This Is an A+ Recommendation for me.I noticed that the game wasnt making me really scared,but emotional.The characters in the game really show how they feel to james and when i was playing the game it made me feel \"sad\".How Maria would Get killed over and over again and how I found out how Mary really died.It was more like a twisted love story than a horror game!Konami really knows how to make a Video game!
