A Subway gift card is a prepaid stored-value card that you can use to buy sandwiches, salads, and other items at participating Subway restaurants. Some Subway eGift Cards must be registered prior to use. To register your card and for complete terms and conditions, visit subway.com.
In-Store Redemption:
1. Open the Email: Find the eGift card email on your phone and open the link to view the barcode or the 16-digit card number.
2. Scan at Register: When it’s time to pay, tell the cashier you are using an eGift card.
3. Manual Entry: If their scanner isn't working, they can manually type the 16-digit number and PIN into their point-of-sale system.
Online or App Redemption:
1. Open the App: Go to the "Payments" or "Account" section.
2. Add Card: Select "Add Gift Card" and enter the 16-digit number and PIN found in your email.
3. Pay: When you order via the app, select the gift card as your payment method at checkout. You can also scan your "Subway QR code" in-store to use the loaded balance.
