It works!
I bought a US 3DS from here but the charger can't be used because I totally forgot about the different voltage right here.

works perfectly well
i bought this for my ds because the charger doesn't work in where i live. although it's heavy, it's pretty small compared to other power converter and it's so cheap! play-asia delivered it very quicky as well; therefore if you need a power converter that's not too big, get this. this is a recommended product!
