Good game
Taiko is always a good game. And with the easy to pickup gameplay and difficulty, it suits the wii very good. Nice addition to anybody's room

I love rhythm games!
I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend. She absolutely loves it! Although the drum can move around quite a bit during gameplay so I suggest you dock it somewhere. This is a must buy for any Taiko no Tatsujin fan. If you don't have a Japanese Wii, just use GeckoOS through the homebrew channel to load the game.

Great Rhythm Game, or Best Rhythm Game Ever?
I first played a version of Taiko no Tatsujin when I visited Japan once, and as soon as I discovered there was a version for the Wii, I knew I needed to get it. The game-play is fresh but simple for beginners, which is nice for people starting rhythm games. However, in the higher difficulties, the songs can become quite challenging. These two points together show the depth of design put into the game, since few games can hold appeal for new and hardcore gamers. Also, I love the music. The music is considerable diverse (from Moteke Sera Fuku to The Ode to Joy) which is something else that this game has over other rhythm based games. Ultimately though, if you don't enjoy Japanese music, this game might not be for you, since most of the music is understandably Japanese. Still, I can't recommend this game enough. If you like rhythm games, can enjoy Japanese music, and have a method for playing Japanese Wii games, you should buy this game. It really is that good.

The magic of Taiko no tatsujin at Home
A really nice and resistant controler, a hufe playlist composed by hits, the whole serie of "2000" remix (Saitama 2000, tenjiku 2000, etc etc).. a great game, really.

Huge Shame
This is a great game with a great controller. Its a great shame this isn't officially being released in USA, as Donkey Konga did quite well!
