These treasured recordings of Clifford Jordan's final years were recorded from the late '80s to 1990 at the home/studio of Pierre Spray, founder and engineer of Maple Shade Records! These are invaluable jam sessions that record the great jazz legend performing a relaxed performance, including improvisations, with close musicians such as Julian Priester and Larry Willis! These gems include Gershwin's "Embraceable You" (M1), Mal Waldron's "Soul Eyes" (M5), and "Jug's Groove" (M4), an original song dedicated to legendary Chicago saxophonist Gene Ammons. This is the world's first vinyl release!
