The two albums released by Hikaru Utada under the name Utada through Island Def Jam Music Group have been newly remastered for the first time. CD 2 is set to include bonus tracks from original editions released in various countries, as well as remix tracks. Includes lyrics and Japanese translations. This is her second U.S. album, originally released in 2009. The album was produced with Stargate, known for work with Ne-Yo, Rihanna, and Beyonce, and Tricky Stewart, known for work with Britney Spears, Madonna, and Mariah Carey. It reached No. 69 on the U.S. album chart, making Utada the first Japanese artist in 23 years to enter the Top 100 of the same chart since Loudness's "Lightning Strikes" reached No. 64. It includes the first single "Come Back to Me," which reached No. 5 on the U.S. Dance Club Songs chart, and "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence - FYI," which samples a work by Ryuichi Sakamoto and references the film "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence."
