Surprisingly playable TMNT game
I've got the PS2 version of this game and thought that it would not be as good as the versions for other consoles.

In fact, the PS2 game had reasonably good graphics and rather good gameplay. The narration is done through a comic book style (not like Max Payne, though) and each turtle has its own turn to fight.

Like the old NES games, the turtles in the game had a unique capability each, though it is more of a logistics advantage rather than a fighting one. For example, Raphael could use his sai to scale vertical walls, Michaelangelo could use his nunchuks as a helicopter to transport him a short distance to another building and Donatello could use his bo to leap across a great distance.

The fighting in the game is arcade stuff and is not very interesting. The puzzles and platform gaming is quite good as the interaction with the environment is crucial to progress.

This game is only for single player, however, and it would have been interesting if it was for two players like the 90s games.
