Item Description

Tokyo Psychodemic is a simulation game that blends 2D illustrations with real-life visuals. A new viral outbreak has forced Tokyo to go into an extended lockdown. Finally, coming out of the bleak, three year epidemic, it seems life has finally returned to normal until a string of paranormal incidents occurs. You must solve these cases and confront the supernatural by analyzing evidence and consulting with specialists. Use the resources at your disposal, such as images and surveillance footage, to perform a careful analysis and determine items, persons, and other points of interest. Be sure to review security camera footage thoroughly, as it can allow you to gather specific details of victims' behavior at the moment of the incident and even review what happened before or after. Can you solve all of the difficult cases that lie ahead?

Note: The game needs to be patched to include the English language.

Finally has English ♡

So they finally releazed the patch to this. It is NOT on cart but if you still want the physical, you can update the game and it will auto patch in rhe English. Game will also auto load English when you finish updating the patch.
Happy to finally enjoy this game and can play it.

Great Game

I bought this 16 December 2024. After downloading the patch I was able to get the English version to run.
I'll try by best to walk folks with no knowledge in reading Japanese .
1. Launch he game ''after" downloading the patch complete
2. Select the ""third option" in the menu (it would be the last one)
3. Choose the Last item in the menu list then use the left right arrows to select "english"
Unless they make changes to the menu layout moving forward this should work to get english language for your playthrough

No English

I like all other reviewers here pirchased a multi-language advertised game. There are no multi languages. The options menu has sound control, but that's all. So far the game is pretty and I know enough Japanese to get by with the parts that have narration, but I can't recommend unless you kkow Japanese fluently or if an English patch is ever released.

No English on Cart

While the game is decent, there is no English on cart and it is unclear when/if it will be updated to have multi-language support.

READ: NO ENGLISH

When I pre-ordered this game, it was advertised as multi-language with English support. Unfortunately on release, there is no English support and it is unclear when there will be a patch. This game is useless to me since I do not understand Japanese, and I wish there was a heads up to cancel my order.
