I wouldn't have guessed this game would become so popular when I first purchased this item. The graphics are mediocre and the storyline...well, isn't bad but you can't exactly say it's great. The rhythm game part, on the other hand, can compete with any other rhythm games in the industry. The characters are lovable and the voice actors fit perfectly.

First Music Otome Game

Got this game during sales period, well worth the price.

The Good:
1. Music pieces are done by Elements Garden, so the quality is pretty high.
2. Features a stellar cast of voice actors, most of them can sing very well. A few of them are on professional level.
3. The Romance part is very "sweet" in a Japanese sense. Unlike the NeoRomance titles by Koei you do feel the intimacy of the relationship by the end, even more intimate than some of the games by Otomate.

The Bad:
1.Most CGs have no background, and in some scenes colors are bleeding through the lines. Big minus for people who want to see good arts.
2.The story is relatively linear, you must pick a target from the beginning, no options to run around and trigger events from different characters.
3.Music game only has two levels: Easy and Hard. Easy was too easy for me, but Hard again is too hard. Don't understand why they did not make a Normal level.

Worth your money

It's not written anywhere, but actually the regular edition of the game came with a bonus item, namely a unbound songbook consisting of a (signed) mini-poster and song sheets for each of the chaseable character, with lyric and all, and looked as if it's written by the characters themselves.

Lovely Music Game

This game has a interesting music mini games. And also nice voice acting and stories.
Totally Recommended!
