Little Disappointed

I own Virtua Tennis 3, and bought this hoping the graphics and gameplay will improve, well I was disappointed. Mini-games should be repeatable with out exiting and reloading. Character CGI between matches are still ugly. I guess the only good addition is the online play.

Virtun Tennis 2009

Substantially improved since Virtua Tennis 3 in every aspect. This game had me sitting on the edge of the seat for hours on end playing with mates. It's easy to get hooked and hard to put the controller down. Brilliant graphics, awesome gameplay and overall an excellent representation of a sport game on a console.

Average..

Virtua Tennis 2009 is just an average game with good graphics. This tennis game is still stuck in a time warp as it hasn't managed to lose its arcade type game play which is entertaining at first but then gets boring after a couple of days. The online play is pathetic as it is riddled by bugs which causes the game to lag leading to the impression that the opponent is somehow cheating. This game has no improvements barring the fact that the developer has added a few more players and a couple of more arcade games.
