Not bad.
I adore Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors, the previous Warriors Orochi games as well as some of the series whose characters are included (DOA, Bladestorm etc). That said, I didn't particularly like this game. There are so many characters that you don't get much of a story aside from "hey, everyone's been transported here, now let's kill these dudes!" and I struggled choosing three characters from my favourites across the character roster.

The gameplay's pretty stock-standard for a Warriors game so nothing you can't find elsewhere. The stages themselves are generally same-same and rather big (a pain to run around with no/a slow horse) and the frame rate suffers when a lot is going on. I still think the first WO game is the best as far as story/character interaction is concerned, and that they've steadily gone downhill since then. It's fun for a bit of a time-waster/mindless killing but I think falls behind the other WO games/KOEI's other Warriors games.

Great game, but under utilises PS4
Orochi games brings other Dynasty and Sengoku Musou characters together for one mad fun. While the higher res graphics will initially impress, there isn't much extra done to utilise the great power of PS4. Still a great package which has additional characters from other games, namely DOA.
