It's Wizardry no doubt about it
It's a remake of the first Wizardry game, but at its core it is still the first Wizardry game. This game is really tough so if you want a game that is very challenging then this is for you.
Love this game
Personally I like this one better than Proving Grounds. I will probably pick up the DLC as well when I’m done with the included dungeons, it’s a worthwhile game. Kind of janky at times. Be warned, it can be REALLY hard, but that’s partly why I like it. Hopefully we get more Wizardry on the switch. The Japanese version is also the only way to get a physical copy, so get it while you still can.
Love/Hate
I am a big Wizardry fan and when I saw I could access another Wizardry game on the switch I dove at the chance. I was very disappointed, the game play was jittery and honestly was quite poor. I ended up putting it down and think that the Proving grounds remake was a much better Wizardry port. *Play-asia is amazing only the game has a poor view to me :)*
Great to have these old school dungeon RPGs back to enjoy
Wizardry games are making a comeback and this is a great way to experience more in the series.
