This is the original soundtrack containing BGM used in movie scenes of "Xenosaga: Episode II - Jenseits von Gut und Bose," the second title in the "Xenosaga" series, a role-playing game for PlayStation 2 released in 2004. The music is handled by Yuki Kajiura, who has worked on numerous popular titles. Music from this work is frequently performed at Kajiura's own live performances and has become a standard popular repertoire.
