Adol awakens shipwrecked and stranded on a cursed island. There, he and the other shipwrecked passengers he rescues form a village to challenge fearsome beasts and mysterious ruins on the isolated island. Amidst this, Adol begins to dream of a mysterious blue-haired maiden living in an unknown world. Previously released downloadable content for the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita versions of Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana will be included in the Switch version as bonus content with no download or purchase necessary. 4 songs on soundtrack
I wish I read the review first. I waited a month to get it, and then when I got it, I put the cd in the Xbox because PlayStation who invented CDs can't play the music discs. There is only 4 songs on it and 2 of them are Xmas songs. The description does not clarify this. I wish the art book was bigger and had a hard cover. The game might be good but the soundtrack ruined it.

Great game, not a great package.
The ‘CD’ is a complete waste and I’m unsure why it’s included at all. No joke, it’s about 9 minutes long! So, if you’re buying this package for the OST, DON’T! The game, however, is great and the little art book that comes with it isn’t bad either.
