Devils Never Cry, but they sure do rock!
as i write this review im about half way through the game, and can give you a fairly accurate description of what you will expect
first of all this is a prequel, well suppose to be, i could never understand why Dante has that pendant which he got from his mother trish in the first game if its a prequel lol regardless, the action starts off in Dantes Office which he has yet to name
its a simple brother vs brother rivalry as you will see from the awesome Opening Movie a battle between brothers, and in a sense his brother has invited him to one final battle, and as you all know Dante is cool enough to accept any challenge thats put his way without question, and with some style
Graphics-
the graphics in this game are much better then the first 2, with noticeable effects in backgrounds etc
Music
Gothic punk it seems like, but its very catchy, and will make all the battles worth fighting
Gameplay
Dante has a ton of new moves, and has some awesome moves with NEW weapons which you can get from bosses
Bosses
Lets just say the bosses arent forgiving, their difficult, very difficult, you could easily speand a half hour without saving and reach a boss and die, there is NO save point but that doesnt matter, since you can save between missions
lol i love the banter between each boss fight
My Overall Opinion
this games great, obviously i cant spoil it for you and give you every last detail but lets just say if you can buy one game this year for the PS2 make this it
cant wait for the next gen DMC
