「這個世界上有創造的神，同時也有破壞的神」故事內容：與魔人布歐戰鬥結束後的數年，和平的地球再次面臨危機。破壞宇宙平衝的破壞之神比路斯從沈睡中甦醒，連界王也對他退避三舍的比路斯聽說撒亞人把菲利打倒了，為了見識那個強者，特意與隨從威爾斯去到界王星，與正在修練中的悟空見面。久未遇見強敵的悟空，無視界王的警告，跟比路斯一較高下，並且敗在比路斯壓倒性的力量之下。而比路斯再到地球尋找最強撒亞人，身在地球的比達、悟飯等人受到前所未有的威脅，到底地球會否平安無事？而傳說中的最強戰士又會否出現？現在戰鬥的歷史正在改變。

One of the best Dragon Ball Z films ever made.

This film has everything a Dragon Ball fan could desire: Mystery, action, humour, fighting sequences, a decent story, good CGI effects, returning characters that do make some sense in the plot with some involvement in it and all the voices from the original japanese actors. I really think they'll have serious difficulties to make a better DBZ movie than this one.

This is a good animation feature that you never should miss if you're a fan of Dragon Ball Z.
