Sephiroth got execute

I purchased this Sephiroth figurine not long ago because of the great pricing. I received the order yesterday and set up the figurine. While I was reading the instructions, it stated that the head was removable, so it would be easier to put on Sephiroth's wings and his armor. However, when I carefully removed his head, his neck snipped in half, leaving the ball inside of his head. Later, I contacted the company for a replacement, but they replied that "the damage was caused by mishandling, so we are unable to accept responsibility for it." I wouldn't recommend purchasing this; instead, purchase this from the Square Enix website or your local figurine store.
