Hello Kitty and Friends: Freeze Tag Party is a magical action game that turns classic tag into a Sanrio-filled team competition, featuring 35 adorable characters, unique magical skills, character customization, and 70 missions across Challenger and Hunter roles.
Hello Kitty and Friends: Freeze Tag Party brings Hello Kitty, My Melody, Cinnamoroll, and many other Sanrio favorites into a dreamlike magical world for exciting games of tag. Players can choose to become a Challenger, who must escape the Hunters, or a Hunter, who must catch the Challengers before time runs out. Each character has unique stats and magical skills, creating different ways to approach every match.
As players collect Jewels, they can unlock new characters and obtain adorable outfits through the Shop. Beyond standard tag battles, Mission Mode features 70 missions, split between 35 Challenger missions and 35 Hunter missions, with Gold, Silver, or Bronze trophies awarded according to performance.
35 Sanrio Characters
Play with 35 Sanrio characters, including Hello Kitty, My Melody, Cinnamoroll, Pompompurin, Pochacco, Kuromi, and many others. Each character has their own stats and magical skills, providing different playstyles.
Magical Tag Battles
Matches feature 6 Challengers and 2 Hunters, with players taking control of a character on either team. Challengers win when at least one member escapes until the timer ends, while Hunters win by catching every Challenger within the time limit.
Unique Magical Skills
Every character has their own magical skill, with abilities suited to different roles such as hiding, escaping, helping teammates, or chasing. Skills evolve as characters level up.
70 Mission Mode Challenges
Mission Mode adds 70 specialized challenges: 35 for the Challenger role and 35 for the Hunter role. Completing missions awards Gold, Silver, or Bronze trophies based on performance.
Character Dress-Up
Collect Jewels during gameplay and use them in the Shop to unlock characters and obtain outfits. Players can mix and match different looks for their favorite Sanrio characters.
Local Multiplayer
The Nintendo Switch version supports local play, allowing players to enjoy the game with friends and family on the same system or through local wireless play.
