The TV Video System Converter (NTSC -> PAL) converts any NTSC (3.58/4,43) into a PAL signal (no matter if PAL B, D, I, G, H, PAL60 or SECAM). Decent field converter for the price
This little gadget will do a full frame conversion between NTSC and PAL but will NOT output PAL60 signal. Picture quality is fine otherwise but motion jerkiness can't be avoided.
PAL region Playstation 1 console doesn't output standard NTSC color signal, so you won't get working PAL signal even with this converter.
